Christmas!!!

Christmas Eve and new Pjs!

We had a wonderful Christmas. We were at my Nona and Grandpa Fritz's for Christmas Eve and my parents house for some of Christmas day and then went to Kurtis's sister Kim's house in Alpine for Christmas night. We didn't have any little kids with us on Christmas day so that was a little different but it was nice to sleep in and do what we wanted. Here are some pics....

No work, All play, and same pay!

Yay! So, Kurtis and I got to come home a day early from our trip this week because of the awful weather. We were really late coming into Chicago on Tuesday night so that meant we didn't have enough rest time to get up at 4:30 am for our flight to Cincinatti. So they got another crew to do that flight and since we were only going to Minneapolis and then home the next day they decided we could just go home! So we got to ride home as passengers yesterday. Of course our flight was delayed but we still got home a day early! And the very best part is that we get paid like we worked the whole trip! We were really excited especially since we have to start another trip on Saturday so we can have a week off for Christmas. Then last night because I was home I got to go to dinner with all my high school girlfriends. It was so much fun to talk about old times and we laughed a lot even if our waitress hated us!

Thanksgiving Weekend

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. We went to Kurtis's sisters house in South Jordan and everyone was there except for two of his sisters and their families and we missed them! But it was a great day and of course I ate way too much! On Friday we went down to Salina to help Ken and Karren put up their lights on the house and to just hang out with them. It was really fun. We played games, Kurtis put the lights up on the house and had a good time. Then on Saturday we had tickets to the Hale Theater so we left Salina and came back north. We went to the play with Kathy, Kurtis's sister and her friend Mary Ann. We saw Into the Woods. I've never seen it before and it was so cute. It was kind of all the stories like Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, etc. put together. The girl that played Little Red Riding Hood did such a good job, she was really funny. Anyway, it was a great weekend and guess what?! I took some pictures!
The sunset was so amazing! I took the pics from the car though so its kinda blurry!

Thanksgiving is almost here!

This post is not going to be very exciting but a friend who is quite demanding told me I needed to update, so here it is. The game on Saturday was pretty exciting, that is if you are a Ute fan! I honestly didn't really care who won I just wanted it to be a good game and pretty much BYU got creamed. So I was a little disapointed. Oh well. Its back to work today. I work this afternoon and Kurtis doesn't work until tomorrow and he gets home on Wednesday night so I am jealous. Im in Canada two nights this week which I don't really like just because I can't use my phone there. Another oh well. Im excited for Thanksgiving though. We are going to Kurtis's sisters house in South Jordan. I love the Holidays and Im excited to spend Thanksgiving with my new family! Im also excited to decorate for Christmas and start listening to Christmas music because I will always be one of those people that refuse to listen to Christmas music or put decorations up until after Thanksgiving! I'll take pictures on Thanksgiving so my next blog should have pics!

News of the week: North Sevier takes state in 1-A football!

I was all excited to post pics of San Antonio because Kurtis and I were there for 2 days this week but unfortunatly I totally got sick the first day and didn't feel like doing much of anything! I was so upset because I was really excited to actually be in a warm place and pictures of the things we did. Oh well, maybe next week in Oakland! So, work was not very eventful and I felt like crap most of the trip but I did fly with a flight attendant that I really got along with and we had some great conversations. Also, my last flight of my trip was from Chicago to Salt Lake and there was a guy in first class who I knew I have seen in a lot of movies but I could not put my finger on it. Then I remembered one, he was the guard in Shawshank Redemption that beat the crap out of Tim Robbins! Not really that big of deal, it just would have driven me crazy if I couldn't remember it. Then today Kurtis and I went to the North Sevier, (yeah, that is where my husband went to high school!), state champion football game and then won! It was pretty exciting considering it was the only time they have won state in football! We also finally got a hold of Meg's camera and made a disk of some wedding pics that her husband Steve took of us. So, I will try to see if I can figure out how to post them!

Nothing special

So, Kurtis and I got to fly together this week which was really good. And next week we have two nights in San Antonio so hopefully the weather is good and we will go down to the Riverwalk and take some pics! We went to see the Changeling last night and it was so sad but really good. We arn't doing anything too special today. Kurtis has to teach Elders Quorum tomorrow so we are reading the lesson for that. Other then that we are doing a bunch of boring stuff like getting car insurance together and paying our bills. But I love boring married people stuff!

Good bye for a little while to Elder Fullmer

Since Kurtis and I both work at the airport and can get through security we kind of cheated and went to the airport to see my brother on Monday! It was so good to see him because we were on our honeymoon when he went into the MTC so I was glad we had a chance to say good-bye. He looked so good and seemed really excited. It was just he and his comp. Elder Cook so at least they had each other! We took them to eat at the classiest place in the airport...Burger King! :) Gross! But, the company was great. I was so proud of myself cause I didn't even cry! We stayed with them until they had to get on the plane. He wasn't really nervous until it was time to get on the plane and then he said "k, Im freakin out a little!" He will do great and be an amazing missionary I am sure. After we left I was kicking myself though because I didn't take one picture!!! I was so mad! I even checked to make sure my camera had batteries, anyone I was upset and then I started to cry! I was excited to post pics on the blog and stuff. Oh well, what do you do. Its back to work tonight, without Kurtis. :(

Putting together our new home!

So, our new washer, dryer, dresser and bed was delivered today and we are really excited! We love our place and it gets cuter and homier everyday. Today we are just putting things together still and hanging around at our house. We don't have to go back to work till Tuesday which is great but we are not flying together this week which we really hate. Next month we work the same days so hopefully we will be able to get some people to trade with us so we can work together. But for now, we will just enjoy putting our new home together!
